Bank/public holidays

We are sorry but during bank/public holidays, style-passport and Parcelforce are closed and therefore there are no deliveries during this time. Dispatch resumes on the next working day.

UK standard delivery

Our standard delivery will be delivered to you by our delivery partners Parcelforce. Note this that delivery service takes between 2-3 days and will not require a signature. If it looks as if there is a safe place to leave it, for example a porch or a greenhouse, then the parcel will be left for you. If there is nowhere safe to leave the item then a calling card will be left with instructions on how to arrange another delivery time.

UK next day delivery

Our Express delivery will be delivered to you by our delivery partners Parcelforce.

Express delivery items must be ordered before 1pm, in order to receive on the next working day. If the order is placed after this time we will do what we can to ensure that you receive it the next day but this cannot be guaranteed.

Note all Express delivery services require a signature so please ensure that someone is available to sign for your items. If someone is not available to sign for your order then a calling card will be left with instructions on how to arrange another delivery time.

If you order before 1pm on Friday and select next day Saturday, you will receive your item on the Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

If you place an order on a Sunday and select next day then the item will be dispatched and delivered on Tuesday.

europe and non-european delivery

Our non-UK delivery is carried out by our delivery partners Parcelforce. You should receive your order within 5 working days and all customs documentation will be completed on your behalf. Please note however that certain countries my charge other duties or taxes, which you will be liable for. For further information please read see our terms & conditions.
