Do I need to set up an account in order to purchase from the site?
No, you don’t need to set up an account with in order to purchase.  Once you’ve added the items you’d like to buy to your suitcase and progress to check out you will be asked if you have an account or would like to set one up.  However, there is also an option that allows you to buy without an account by simply entering your email address, your delivery details & how quickly you’d like to receive your order.  If you decide you’d like to create an account at a later date, you can do this easily on our site using the same email address.


will I get a time slot when my parcel will be delivered?

We use Parcelforce to ship your purchases to give you the best choice of delivery options. You will be alerted by email when your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number and instructions on how to track.

If you can no longer make the day selected you can rearrange by following the instructions on the email.

If you are out and unable to recieve your parcel our delivery team will leave a card if you are not in when your parcel arrives with clear instructions of what to do next.

Has it been shipped yet?

We will send a confirmation email out as soon as your order has been processed and left our premises.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes absolutely, please notify the person who is most likely to sign for your delivery in advance.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, style-passport is committed to delivering to any location. You will be shown the options at your point of purchase. Parcelforce is our shipping partner and costs are as follows:

Ship to Europe £ 24.95
Ship to non-European destination £ 34.95

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and they vary from country to country. For more information please contact your local customs office.

An item is missing from my order

If it’s not exactly what I want can I return it?

Yes, we have all bought things and then changed our minds, which is why we operate a no-arguments returns policy. Please keep all the labels on your purchases and place them back in the box or bag, seal it and follow the postage instructions on the invoice. Beauty products can only be refunded if left completely sealed. Click here to see our full returns guidelines.

We always quality check our items before we send them to you however if you notice any faults then please contact us immediately.

I haven’t received my refund

Please be patient as unfortunately the banks can take a little time to process these payments, but usually you should have it within about seven days.  We will always try and speed the process up but if this still hasn’t happened contact us directly by phone or email. Please note the amount can only be credited back to the card you used to pay with.

Please note that we are unable to refund a Paypal account if it has been closed.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn’t already been dispatched we can amend it. The quicker you do this the better as we will wrap and send your order shortly. Please call or email to make any amends. If the order has already been dispatched then you will have to go through the normal returns process. To check your cancellation rights click here.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. You must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your items. For more information please refer to our terms & conditions.

Can I pay in different currencies?

No, I’m afraid we only accept GBP at style-passport.
