returns & cancellation policy


Yes of course you can return items if you are not satisfied.

Simply call or email customer services to request your returns number.

You may return any full priced products within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange as long as those products are returned using the instructions on your invoice, in their original condition: unwashed, unworn and with all seals and tags attached and intact. Please note that items bought at sale price can only be returned within seven days.

During site promotions where prices have been reduced you may return an item within seven days of receiving. Please refer to your specific promotional code or contact us for more information.

All of our items are carefully quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched, but in the case of you receiving any faulty items please contact our customer services directly by emailing hello@style-passport.com or call 0844 686 0808 (Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 6pm).

Reasons you may not be eligible for a refund

For hygiene reasons any beauty purchase can only be returned and refunded if the product is still completely sealed and unused.

Please try shoes on a carpeted surface until you are sure you are keeping them, so that if need be they can be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box and any additional packaging that came with the item. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted as refundable.

Any swimming costumes and bikinis should be tried on over your underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. We may not be able to accept returns if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled in any way, and the pieces will in turn be returned to you without a refund.
Where provided, belts, additional embellishments along with any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or is not as ordered, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Our advice

We would strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage or send goods recorded delivery as unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.

Can I cancel?

Yes you can. You may normally cancel your purchase in writing within seven days of placing the order. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. However, if the products have already been dispatched, you will need to go through the normal returns and refunds stages. We will usually refund you the cost of the goods returned but not the delivery charge except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the product was faulty. Under these regulations you have seven working days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel your order with us in this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.

If we do not receive the returned order we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
